3-D Board Tutorial

After making a few of my 3-D cutting/serving boards, I had a few requests for details on how they were made. In the spirit of sharing (something I see a lot of among woodworkers) here's a quick tutorial/pictorial. Hopefully it'll give you some ideas for projects of your own.
